Information on this site
The guidance published here, including our damp advice pages, is general information about how these problems usually behave. It is not a substitute for a survey of your property and should not be relied on as a diagnosis. Every property is different, and the cause of damp can only be confirmed on site.
Quotations and guarantees
Prices are given in writing after a survey and are fixed for the scope of works described in that quotation. Guarantees are issued on completion, subject to the terms supplied with the guarantee certificate and to the work having been paid for in full.

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to MP Preservation & Building Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without asking.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
