House extensions in North Shields and North Tyneside

Coordinated extension construction, from groundworks and structure through to a clean, finished space.

What it is

Understanding house extensions

A house extension is a string of separate trades that only works when one contractor coordinates the lot. We take the build from groundworks through blockwork, brickwork, roofing and insulation to a weather-tight structure, then carry on inside with plastering and finishing. The scope is agreed in writing before anything starts, and the same team that preserves houses also builds on to them, so damp proofing, ventilation and timber protection are designed in from the start.

  • A landing and staircase replastered after damp proofing work
